Process high-volume biweekly and off-cycle payrolls for assigned business units, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reconciliations. Audit HRIS records, manage new hires/terminations/LOAs, verify timesheets in VantagePoint, prepare imports and reports in Excel, reconcile tax and 401(k) remittances, handle garnishments and state filings, support year-end W-2 and audits, and provide payroll consultation to business units.

Administers and improves the Salesforce platform, including user access, configuration, automation, data quality, reporting, testing, releases, governance, and support. Gathers business requirements, translates operational needs into scalable solutions, troubleshoots issues, trains users, maintains documentation, and monitors adoption. Collaborates with developers and stakeholders on integrations, enhancements, deployments, and third-party applications such as Certinia, MuleSoft, Conga, Egnyte, and Concur.

Own and operate an IoT technology lab supporting workplace technology evaluation, prototyping, testing, demonstrations, pilots, and production recommendations. Manage lab operations, assets, budget, vendors, testing standards, and evaluation scorecards. Coordinate with product, engineering, security, network, and workplace teams; lead pilot programs, support executive demonstrations, and produce investment recommendation reports. The role is based near Whippany, New Jersey, with some travel to U.S. sites.
