Provides administrative and business program support to the DOE/NNSA Office of International Programs. Responsibilities include tracking action items and reports, coordinating correspondence, managing executive meetings and travel, facilitating security and visitor access, arranging classified and unclassified conferences, supporting onboarding and offboarding, and developing briefing materials. The role requires onsite work in Washington, DC and an active Q or Top Secret clearance.

Designs, analyzes, tests, and modernizes hazardous energetics, ammunition, explosives, propellant, pyrotechnic, and chemical processing systems. Performs hazard analyses, HAZOPs, process safety reviews, hazardous area classifications, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance evaluations. Develops facility layouts, equipment specifications, modernization strategies, and safety controls while supporting design reviews, field investigations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational readiness. Leads multidisciplinary engineering efforts for federal and defense industrial facilities and participates in proposals, budgeting, scheduling, and client presentations.

Manage complex multidisciplinary engineering projects from initiation through completion, including scope, schedules, budgets, resources, contracts, change management, client communication, billing, and project reporting. Coordinate engineers, architects, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders; lead meetings, site visits, preliminary design, and presentations. Support staff development, process improvements, proposals, and business development while ensuring project goals and client expectations are met.
