Recruit technical professionals across engineering, architecture, construction, infrastructure, and related disciplines. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, passive candidate engagement, pipeline development, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer closing, market mapping, stakeholder partnership, recruiting analytics, and ATS record maintenance. The role requires building technical credibility, managing difficult searches, and supporting hiring across multiple business units and locations.

Recruit full-cycle technical talent across engineering, architecture, construction, infrastructure, and related disciplines. Build proactive pipelines, source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, associations, and talent mapping, and conduct candidate screens. Coordinate interviews, support offers and closing, present qualified slates, maintain ATS records, analyze recruiting metrics, and partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across multiple offices and time zones.

Assists with designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting electrical circuits, systems, and components. Creates schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, engineering documentation, test plans, and technical reports using CAD software. Performs basic electrical calculations, supports prototype validation, evaluates components, collaborates with senior engineers and project managers, and assists with construction administration. Occasional travel to job sites or client locations may be required.
