Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across hotel kitchens, storage areas, back dock, and dining facilities. Operates dishwashing equipment; cleans, sanitizes, sorts, and stores china, glassware, silverware, pots, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Supports food storage, cafeteria service, buffet and banquet setup, garbage removal, and general kitchen operations. Requires safe chemical handling, physical stamina, standing throughout shifts, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Manages engineering and maintenance operations across a 40-acre, multi-building resort campus. Oversees preventive maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, pool, and other building systems; supervises and schedules engineering staff; coordinates inspections, vendors, work orders, inventory, and capital projects; maintains compliance, records, safety standards, and property appearance while responding to guest and operational needs.

Manages resort food and beverage operations across dining, bar, café, and in-room service outlets. Supervises, trains, and develops staff; leads service execution; ensures hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and regulatory standards; resolves guest concerns; manages scheduling, labor, payroll, inventory, costs, and revenue initiatives; and supports promotions, events, and seasonal programming.
