Source, screen, interview, and recruit blue-collar talent for cloud kitchens and other F&B operations. Partner with hiring managers, manage candidate communication and interview scheduling, maintain ATS records, monitor labor-market trends, and build relationships with candidates and recruitment partners. The role also supports onboarding, employee relations, and general HR administration while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Manage end-to-end procurement operations, including vendor sourcing and onboarding, price and contract negotiation, raw material and packaging purchasing, inventory coordination, supplier issue resolution, compliance, documentation, and demand forecasting. The role focuses on maintaining reliable supply, controlling costs, ensuring quality, and supporting kitchens, warehouses, and farms across multiple locations.

Procures raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies; manages purchase orders and vendors; negotiates pricing and delivery terms; coordinates with warehouse, production, and finance teams; monitors inventory and replenishment; maintains procurement records and ERP data; and ensures compliance with procurement policies.
