Performs general ledger activities, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end close processes. Prepares financial schedules, variance analyses, management reports, budgeting and forecasting support, and quarterly and annual reporting materials. Maintains compliance with accounting policies and internal controls, supports internal and external audits, and identifies process improvement and automation opportunities.

Reviews digital transactions to identify business losses, fraud, false declines, account takeovers, and other anomalies. Investigates suspicious activity, protects confidential information, escalates system issues and fraud trends, and cancels fraudulent transactions. Handles inbound and outbound customer calls, resolves concerns, supports customer experience, and contributes to process improvements and business strategies. The role requires strong communication, analysis, multitasking, attention to detail, and willingness to work night shifts.

Curates and executes shoppable fashion content across editorial, email, social, homepage, app, and product channels. Manages product decks, seasonal storytelling, styling, shoot coordination, sample flow, and final digital delivery. Partners with merchandising, fashion, creative, marketing, production, and site teams to align content with brand direction, product availability, commercial priorities, and customer engagement goals. Reviews content for styling accuracy, product consistency, visual quality, and timely completion.
