Supports pre- and in-season merchandise planning for feminine categories, including Open to Buy forecasts, sales and inventory targets, receipt management, reporting, vendor analysis, and buy recommendations. Partners with planning, buying, allocation, and category teams to identify business opportunities and liabilities, analyze performance by vendor and product category, and support financial and assortment plans.

Manages the full lifecycle of non-endemic marketing partnerships, from proposals and RFP responses through campaign execution, reporting, renewals, and account growth. Coordinates cross-functional teams, oversees activations and budgets, manages client relationships, develops performance recaps, and identifies opportunities for recurring partnerships across luxury retail banners.

Resolves complex post-sales customer issues across email, cancellations, international shipments, and shipping escalations. Researches accounts and orders, manages multiple support queues, coordinates with Sales, Operations, and Logistics, monitors pending cases, identifies issue patterns, maintains SLA and quality standards, and contributes to process improvements and special projects.
