Provide high-level client service and operational support for Studio Services and Memo Operations at the New York Flagship. Greet clients, pull and manage merchandise, handle hanger/size requests, maintain inventory scanning, reconcile memos and billing, manage supplies and vendor relationships, and assist with office cleanliness and ad hoc tasks.

Provide elevated, client-focused selling and styling for ladies shoes both in-store and digitally. Use omni-channel tools, social media, and store technology to meet sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals while collaborating with the store team.
