Provide elevated, customer-focused selling and styling in-store and digitally using social media and digital tools. Achieve personal sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals while leveraging omni-channel inventory and collaborating with the team.

Provide outstanding customer service and drive sales of women’s shoes by developing client relationships, meeting/exceeding sales plans, maintaining product and brand knowledge, collaborating with vendors for events and client engagement, and supporting ad hoc store needs to maximize sales.

Support daily general office and jewelry department operations including cash handling, deposits, inventory and case counts, jewelry receiving/processing, repairs, vendor and corporate communication, audit readiness, fulfillment orders, and occasional floor assistance.
