Cultivate client relationships through luxury retail selling, styling, fashion expertise, exceptional service, and personalized in-store and digital outreach. Use omnichannel inventory, selling tools, technology, and social media to drive client engagement, conversion, wardrobing, productivity, and personal sales goals. Collaborate with colleagues and maintain a customer-centric environment while working onsite with a flexible schedule.

Develops elevated visual storytelling for luxury fashion, beauty, and lifestyle campaigns across print, digital, social, retail, and experiential channels. Art directs photography and video shoots, creates concepts and design assets, oversees typography, layouts, retouching, post-production, and production readiness, and collaborates with creative, marketing, editorial, production, and brand partners. The role also manages multiple projects and mentors designers and junior art directors.

Provides personalized luxury fashion shopping services, builds client relationships, recruits new customers, and drives sales through appointments, events, social media, and clienteling tools. Sources merchandise across store and distribution networks, maintains customer preferences, performs basic alteration fittings with guidance, creates digital content, and represents Saks Fifth Avenue as a community and brand ambassador.
