Provide customer-focused sales support by recommending and locating merchandise, processing transactions at the POS, promoting loyalty programs, maintaining sales floor and fitting rooms, executing markdowns, supporting loss prevention, and meeting individual and store sales goals.

Supervise and coach sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals. Manage daily floor operations, cash transactions, markdowns, merchandising, clienteling, and conflict resolution. Support training, scheduling, promotional execution, asset protection, and health and safety compliance while driving team performance and maintaining store presentation.

Provide personalized customer service and product recommendations, drive sales and loyalty program participation, process transactions accurately, maintain selling floor and fitting rooms, execute markdowns and visual standards, support loss prevention, and participate in store events and special projects.
