Manage daily office administration, workplace readiness, supplies, assets, vendors, housekeeping, maintenance, procurement, courier services, visitors, travel coordination, events, expenses, and administrative documentation. Support employee onboarding and offboarding, coordinate with Finance and HR, supervise support staff, and proactively resolve operational issues in a fast-paced startup environment.

Draft patent applications, grant proposals, technical submissions, reports, SOPs, user manuals, and engineering documentation. Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into clear documents. Review and maintain documentation for accuracy, consistency, and completeness while managing repositories and version control. The role requires strong English communication, technical writing ability, document organization, and an engineering background; robotics, automation, AI, patent drafting, and grant-writing experience are advantageous.

Own end-to-end hardware and electronics architecture for autonomous mobile robot platforms. Lead integration of motors, controllers, batteries, sensors, and safety systems while bridging mechanical, electrical, and robotics software disciplines. Support ROS/ROS2 autonomy integration, sensor bring-up, tuning, debugging, prototype validation, field testing, and deployment. Define schematics and wiring documentation, coordinate cross-functional teams, guide component and vendor selection, conduct technical reviews, and mentor engineers.

Design, develop, and deploy production-grade computer vision systems for robotic industrial inspection. Responsibilities include defect detection, measurement, classification, segmentation, OCR, anomaly detection, camera calibration, deep learning model development, synthetic data generation, edge optimization, ROS integration, testing, field validation, documentation, and customer deployments. The role collaborates across robotics, hardware, mechanical, software, quality, and field engineering teams, with occasional travel to customer sites.
