Serve as the primary SME for Oracle Health (Cerner) PathNet, designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting laboratory workflows, device interfaces, and integrations. Collaborate with lab leadership, nursing, pathology, revenue cycle, and IT to ensure regulatory compliance (CLIA, NYS DOH, TJC), optimize collection/POC workflows, lead projects, provide on-call support, and maintain audit-ready documentation and training.

Collect and process supported/supportive housing rents and clients' SSI/SSD/PNA funds. Oversee residential utilities, petty cash, travel arrangements, agency vehicles, and vendor check requests. Maintain financial and administrative records under supervision.

Provide clinical treatment services and oversee quality improvement and utilization review for the opioid treatment program. Coordinate QI activities, prepare for recertification/surveys/audits, ensure OASAS/JCAHO compliance, perform chart reviews, train and supervise clinical staff, maintain licensure/certificates, and monitor admissions/discharges and reimbursement methods.
