Lead and manage all security operations for Chaifetz Arena, including staffing, planning, training, incident response, and reporting. Develop security policies, training programs, and technical recommendations; liaise with arena stakeholders, support incident command, and directly lead at least half of arena events.

Perform institutional research and statistical analyses to support university planning and decision-making. Extract, validate, reconcile, and report data from university systems; prepare required external reports (e.g., IPEDS); build reproducible analytic workflows; create clear data visualizations and written reports for stakeholders; support surveys, program review, and committees.

The Clinical Research Coverage Analyst educates the clinical research community, performs coverage analysis, ensures compliance with regulations, and interfaces with study teams for billing practices.
