Provides strategic and operational leadership for a university collegiate recovery program serving students with substance use disorders. Responsibilities include program development, staff hiring and supervision, case management and referrals, residential recovery community coordination, enrollment support, budgeting, donor cultivation, fundraising, community partnerships, outcomes reporting, and representation at university and external events.

Reviews financial aid applications, verifies eligibility, resolves discrepancies, awards and disburses federal, state, and institutional aid, and performs reporting and reconciliations. The processor communicates with students by phone and email, researches aid issues, processes recalculations and appeals, maintains confidentiality, and collaborates with university departments. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Graduate Assistant builds AI prototypes and automation for university business processes, using AI APIs, workflow automation and low-code tools; supports enterprise requirements gathering, produces vendor-ready documentation, and maintains version-controlled prototypes and scripts. Application requires a work sample.
