Assist the head coach in all aspects of the Division II men's soccer program including coaching tactics, player development, recruitment, academic coordination, practice and game preparation, strength/conditioning guidance, leadership mentoring, NCAA compliance, scheduling, and other coaching-related duties.

Process degree conferrals and diploma production, review student program evaluations for compliance, manage diploma lifecycle and distribution, communicate with students and stakeholders, generate reports, and support commencement and registrar operations.

Lead operational administration of academic consortium partnerships and dual enrollment programs; manage enrollment processing in Colleague and Canvas, ensure FERPA compliance, conduct student outreach, track enrollment and financial metrics, coordinate with Registrar, IT, and Finance, and prepare reports to support enrollment growth and program integrity.
