Lead and supervise live audio/visual and video production for intercollegiate athletics and university events. Manage live broadcasts and streaming, coordinate outside crews and contractors, oversee equipment inventory and preventative maintenance, develop intern programs, support digital asset storage and post-production, collaborate on game-day fan experience and revenue strategies, and manage operating budgets for AV services.

Manage and track graduate student advising for multiple MBA/MS programs, guide course selection and matriculation, coordinate with registrar and campus departments, support enrollment forecasting and course scheduling to meet fiscal goals, assist recruitment/admissions and student communications, ensure policy compliance, and support marketing and external partner engagement to minimize attrition and enhance student experience.

Provide entry-level support for the universitys cloud telephony and unified communications: assist with Zoom Phone administration, user provisioning (MACs), SIP trunking and call routing troubleshooting, Layer 1/2 networking and cabling support, E911 compliance updates, and end-user training and support. Maintain documentation, assist with billing records, and participate in on-call and campus equipment tasks.
