Plan, staff, and administer intramural sports across campus; recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and payroll student workers; coordinate facility inspections and maintenance; assist with club sports, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, marketing, and communications; lead educational sessions and represent the university at intercollegiate meetings; promote inclusion and campus engagement; serve as a Campus Security Authority under Clery Act.

Manage day-to-day financial aid operations, supervise staff, process undergraduate and graduate aid (verification, PLUS/GradPLUS, private loans, state grants), oversee refunds and tuition discounts, maintain knowledgebase and coverage schedules, advise students/families on aid and billing, ensure Title IV and FERPA compliance, deliver presentations, coordinate with Student Accounts and Registrar.

Manage and administer cloud-based telephony and UCaaS/CCaaS platforms; provision moves/adds/changes; maintain E911 compliance and billing documentation; troubleshoot SIP trunking, call routing, QoS and network interconnectivity; monitor analytics, support end-users and endpoints; document processes; assist Networking with Layer 1/2 hardware and circuit troubleshooting; participate in projects and 24/7 emergency response.
