Manage and track graduate student advising for multiple MBA/MS programs, guide course selection and matriculation, coordinate with registrar and campus departments, support enrollment forecasting and course scheduling to meet fiscal goals, assist recruitment/admissions and student communications, ensure policy compliance, and support marketing and external partner engagement to minimize attrition and enhance student experience.

Designs, implements, maintains, and improves the university’s network security infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM monitoring, vulnerability scanning, risk assessments, threat mitigation, compliance reporting, troubleshooting network security issues, and coordinating with internal teams and external providers. The role supports three campuses, provides technical guidance, participates in upgrades and audits, and includes on-call responsibilities and occasional travel.

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot campus network infrastructure (routers, switches, wireless, firewalls, cabling). Manage VLANs/VRFs/firewall policies, IPAM, cable activations, inventory, and liaise with Network Engineering and service providers. Support network security tools and mentor student staff.
