Teams at Saint John's Program for Real Change

Provide trauma-informed individual and group psychotherapy, conduct mental health and family assessments, treat co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, liaise with community mental health resources, facilitate clinical groups, and support a therapeutic community environment for program participants.

Supervise and support a team of Case Managers while maintaining a small caseload. Provide trauma-informed, strengths-based assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention, staff coaching, documentation audits, program compliance tracking, and team development. Participate in hiring, training, and reporting to improve client outcomes and ensure quality service delivery.

Provide clinical leadership and supervision for the FCRP program, overseeing clinicians and interns, coordinating substance abuse and mental health services, maintaining compliance, conducting assessments and treatment planning, managing caseloads, training staff, and supporting community outreach and program development.
