Translate customer workflows and technical requirements into validated architectures and measurable business value, manage implementation risks, and provide accurate delivery handoffs. Convert field insights into reusable reference architectures, demos, and product improvements.

Own enterprise customer success after go-live by driving adoption, value realization, relationship health, renewal readiness, and expansion. Build measurable success plans, lead business reviews, identify and recover renewal risks, uncover value-based expansion opportunities, develop reusable account playbooks, and relay customer feedback to product teams. Partner with deployment, product, engineering, and founders on implementation and commercial negotiations.

Build Sainapse’s customer-acquisition system using AI agents, data, code, APIs, and experimentation. Responsibilities include developing ICP discovery and scoring, personalized outreach, qualification and booking workflows, attribution, website conversion, outbound and inbound experiments, self-serve demos, and internal prospecting tools. The role also involves joining customer calls, preparing account briefs and ROI materials, and turning successful workflows into products. Success is measured by qualified enterprise demos and pipeline progression.

Own customer deployments from proof of concept through production launch. Embed with customer teams, understand workflows, design architecture, build integrations, configure AI workflows, run evaluations and UAT, manage launch risks, and coordinate controlled rollouts. Translate repeated customer needs into reusable code, templates, documentation, and product improvements while communicating with operators, engineers, executives, and internal stakeholders.
