Provide in-person hospitality and reception services for clients and research participants, greet and assist visitors, review project materials, perform audio/video recording, and handle administrative and hospitality duties to ensure a professional, friendly experience.

The Project Coordinator will support the lifecycle of qualitative research projects, manage administrative tasks, and collaborate with project managers to ensure project success.

Support human participant research by coordinating participants, preparing study environments, operating and troubleshooting equipment, collecting and validating data, performing quality checks, maintaining records, and ensuring protocol compliance and participant care during studies.
