Manage HR operations in Managua, including workforce planning, full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance support, compensation and benefits, payroll, compliance audits, employee records, HR reporting, and office and facilities operations. The role also supervises an HR Administrator and Facilities Responsible while partnering with legal representatives on employment law and compliance matters.

Leads participant engagement and recruitment initiatives for qualitative market research projects. Develops sourcing strategies, manages recruitment programs, budgets, partnerships, and performance metrics, and collaborates cross-functionally to achieve participant acquisition and client satisfaction goals. Coaches team members, improves engagement and conversion, supports panel growth, and drives projects from conception through completion.

Provides on-site hospitality and client support by greeting participants, creating a welcoming experience, reviewing project materials, assisting with audio and video recording, and performing reception and administrative duties. Requires strong communication, interpersonal, multitasking, teamwork, computer literacy, and Microsoft Office skills. A high school diploma is required; prior hospitality, hosting, hotel, wait staff, market research, administrative, or host experience is preferred.
