Build and operate the production foundation for an agentic AI platform, including REST APIs, distributed backend services, data pipelines, retrieval infrastructure, vector search, and knowledge-graph integrations. Integrate LLM and AI capabilities, ensure reliability, security, scalability, monitoring, and cost efficiency, and collaborate with AI product engineers on platform primitives for agent workflows.

Own the reasoning core of an agentic AI platform by designing multi-agent workflows, prompt architectures, retrieval systems, evaluation harnesses, memory, tool use, guardrails, and failure recovery. Build production APIs and distributed services using Python, LangGraph, DSPy, LlamaIndex, MLflow, Neo4j, and PostgreSQL-based hybrid retrieval. Evaluate model and prompt performance, make architecture tradeoffs, and use AI coding agents extensively to develop, test, and improve production systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported technical issues in live Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environments. Responsibilities include performance tuning, root-cause diagnostics, batch troubleshooting, environment topology management, integrations analysis, Microsoft support escalations, and coordination with third-party ISVs. The role also provides technical guidance and mentorship to customer service teams and collaborates with product teams to resolve issues affecting multiple customers.
