Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported technical issues in live Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environments. Responsibilities include performance tuning, root-cause diagnostics, batch troubleshooting, environment topology management, integrations analysis, Microsoft support escalations, and coordination with third-party ISVs. The role also provides technical guidance and mentorship to customer service teams and collaborates with product teams to resolve issues affecting multiple customers.

Take end-to-end ownership of a React-based application: design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, accessible front-end components; integrate with APIs; ensure code quality, performance, security, and documentation; troubleshoot production incidents; and communicate with stakeholders and vendors.

Own and produce end-to-end software and product documentation: user/admin/configuration guides, release notes, KB articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting. Partner with product, engineering, support, and consulting to gather technical information, manage review cycles, maintain standards, and improve documentation tools and processes. Ensure content is clear, discoverable, accessible, and aligned to releases; mentor contributors and support documentation governance.
