Take end-to-end ownership of a React-based application: design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, accessible front-end components; integrate with APIs; ensure code quality, performance, security, and documentation; troubleshoot production incidents; and communicate with stakeholders and vendors.

Own and produce end-to-end software and product documentation: user/admin/configuration guides, release notes, KB articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting. Partner with product, engineering, support, and consulting to gather technical information, manage review cycles, maintain standards, and improve documentation tools and processes. Ensure content is clear, discoverable, accessible, and aligned to releases; mentor contributors and support documentation governance.

Consult with clients to analyze and configure supply chain processes in Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 or D365 F&O, document business requirements, lead testing and training, support implementations, collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams, and provide production support.
