Support global HR projects, Shared Services transitions, and use HR data and AI-enabled tools to improve processes while coaching managers and delivering operational reliability.

Lead and scale global revenue operations and commercial excellence: own CRM integrity, forecasting, pricing and discount governance, Microsoft partner compliance, incentive administration, pursuit management, commercial technology, GTM enablement, and win/loss analysis to create a data-driven, automated, and scalable commercial operating model.
