Maintains confidentiality while supporting employees, supervisors, and the HR manager in a fast-paced onsite environment.

The Director of Human Resources will lead the full HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll, 401(k) administration, training, compliance, and HR reporting. The role develops HR strategies, manages HR professionals, supports senior leadership, ensures employment-law compliance, and promotes employee engagement and retention within a physician-led medical organization.

Oversee daily accounting operations for a multi-entity healthcare organization, including close processes, reconciliations, financial reporting, fixed assets, accounts payable, budgeting, and variance analysis. Lead and develop accounting staff, ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance, improve ERP and finance workflows, and implement AI-supported dashboards and automation. Partner with the Controller, CFO, FP&A, HR, operations, vendors, and leadership on financial systems, reporting, process improvement, and compliance initiatives.
