Provide front-desk support for a pathology lab: greet visitors, answer and route calls, schedule appointments, coordinate with staff and clients, manage mail and supplies, perform clerical tasks, set up conference rooms, and maintain organized records and office operations (Mon–Fri, 10am–7pm).

Support Revenue Cycle, Finance, and Accounting by extracting and analyzing billing and operations data, building queries and BI visualizations, maintaining dashboards and reports, documenting processes, validating data quality, and collaborating with billing, coding, and finance teams to improve workflows and revenue performance.

Drive territory growth for podiatry pathology services by developing new accounts, expanding existing business, maintaining physician relationships, meeting sales goals and forecasts, coordinating with account managers, attending conferences, hosting educational programs, and adhering to HIPAA.
