Provides high-volume HR operations support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, pre-employment compliance, contracts, regularization, offboarding, and final pay coordination. Handles employee inquiries through helpdesk channels, maintains accurate Workday records, supports payroll and benefits processes, and ensures audit-ready documentation and labor-law compliance in a fast-paced call-center environment.

Oversee end-to-end HR operations and payroll delivery, including employee lifecycle processes, compliance, reporting, vendor management, payroll integrity, HRMS projects, process improvement, escalations, audits, and data conversions. Partner with cross-functional HR teams and third-party providers while managing HR operations and payroll analysts.
