Oversees IT service delivery, network engineering, systems administration, incident and problem management, security checks, audits, software updates, and IT projects. Develops policies, training programs, and operational reports while providing direction to IT staff, managing vendors and clients, and supporting infrastructure across Mac, Linux, Windows, cloud, and VDI environments.

Leads an operations enablement team supporting training, onboarding, quality review, and audit functions. Oversees quality evaluations across phone, chat, and email; facilitates calibration, coaching, and reporting sessions; analyzes performance trends; ensures compliance and scoring consistency; and drives process, workflow, and customer-experience improvements. Partners with operations and cross-functional stakeholders to implement training, quality, systems, and operational excellence initiatives.

Provides remote IT technical support for U.S. and Philippine locations, maintaining computers, printers, IP phones, and related software to ensure a productive end-user technology environment.
