Lead finance and accounting functions including reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, investment advice, compliance, and financial projections. Oversee finance team, liaise with auditors, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and present scenarios to management to support strategic decisions.

Provide SME leadership for EC coding operations: support supervisors, drive KPI/CPI improvements, identify process enhancements, ensure service quality, train and coach staff, coordinate with operations management, and manage client relationships and financial/operational reporting to improve client satisfaction and profitability.

Develop forecasts and 52-week capacity plans for global call center programs; perform statistical analyses, maintain capacity models, guide WFM schedulers, create dashboards/reports, and coordinate staffing with recruiting and operations.
