Provides direct nursing care to senior living residents on a full-time weekend night shift. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring medical and behavioral changes, developing and reassessing care plans, following physician orders, coordinating therapeutic and rehabilitative services, supervising resident assistants, and reporting community and resident conditions to health leadership.

Leads staff education, orientation, competency assessment, and clinical training in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. Oversees infection prevention and control, including surveillance, outbreak management, antibiotic stewardship, staff education, audits, and regulatory compliance. Supports QAPI initiatives, survey readiness, clinical outcomes, resident safety, and evidence-based nursing practices while serving as a clinical resource for staff and leadership.
