Processes payroll and accounts payable, including timecard review, payroll tax filings, invoice verification, check generation, deposits, resident EFTs, petty cash, and Payroll Based Journal submissions. Provides clerical and data-entry support while assisting the Financial Services Director with daily department operations.

The Human Resources Director oversees community HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, training, engagement, performance coaching, compensation studies, job descriptions, and personnel policies. The role partners with managers and employees to promote a positive, compliant, high-performing workplace. Responsibilities also include maintaining confidentiality, supporting employee development, and ensuring consistent application of policies across the senior living community.

Schedules department staff, maintains health center coverage and staffing ratios, manages call-outs and time-off requests, posts biweekly schedules, tracks attendance, communicates status changes to HR, assists with administrative tasks, corrects timecards, and approves payroll timecard processes. May fill open CNA shifts if properly licensed.
