Supports resident billing and accounts receivable by handling inquiries, statements, collections, deposits, resident files, census updates, refunds, and financial data entry. Assists with month-end close, G/L reporting, budget processes, regulatory tasks, and special projects while maintaining accurate and confidential financial information.

Coordinates inclusive wellness, educational, recreational, spiritual, social, and physical activities for independent living, assisted living, and memory care residents. Leads daily programs, tracks participation, gathers resident interests, prepares calendars and newsletters, distributes program materials, promotes whole-person wellness, and may transport residents to appointments and outings.

Supports human resources administration in a senior living community by coordinating pre-employment screenings, new-hire orientation, training records, employee files, training certificates, and 401(k) acknowledgments while ensuring corporate and state compliance.
