Define platform architecture, governance, integrations (MuleSoft/Boomi/SAP/ServiceNow), data models, LDV strategies, IAM (SSO/OAuth/SAML), DevOps/Git/CI-CD, and lead a small team through full SDLC while partnering with business stakeholders.

Supports a 24/7 Network Operations Center by monitoring network systems, responding to alerts, processing maintenance requests, troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues, managing and escalating tickets, coordinating outages, communicating with customers, and documenting resolutions. The intern receives hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to network monitoring and technical support in a flexible hybrid environment.

Manage satellite services customer accounts from onboarding through renewals and growth. Coordinate quotes, contracts, purchase orders, implementations, service changes, and customer requests across Engineering, Operations, Finance, Service Delivery, and Support. Build customer relationships, resolve issues, maintain accurate Salesforce records, support retention, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure commitments are delivered accurately and on time.
