Drive enterprise AI adoption by identifying automation opportunities, building and deploying AI agents, evaluating tools, developing business cases, and delivering role-based training. Partner with engineering teams and business leaders to ensure solutions follow SageNet’s AI framework. Maintain the AI Academy, support departmental AI Champions, document automations, and track adoption, productivity, training, and business-impact metrics across the organization.

Lead day-to-day execution of the information security program: oversee SIEM tuning and incident response, manage vulnerability and application security (SAST/DAST/SCA), enforce firewall and network controls, drive PCI DSS compliance, conduct risk assessments, coordinate remediation across teams, and deliver security awareness, metrics, and governance.

Lead design and hands-on implementation of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Experience Clouds. Define platform architecture, governance, integrations (MuleSoft/Boomi/SAP/ServiceNow), data models, LDV strategies, IAM (SSO/OAuth/SAML), DevOps/Git/CI-CD, and lead a small team through full SDLC while partnering with business stakeholders.
