Leads AS9100 audit preparation and quality management system compliance while supervising QA/QC inspectors. Reviews inspection results, nonconformances, and corrective actions; coordinates quality issue resolution with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, customers, and suppliers. Maintains QMS documentation, manages RMA and corrective action processes, analyzes quality failures, and implements actions to reduce recurring defects. Provides operational guidance on quality requirements, containment, and compliance initiatives.

Provides administrative support for contracts, orders, returns, vendor setup, documentation, data entry, reporting, and record maintenance. Coordinates information across customer, vendor, and internal teams while maintaining organized databases, vendor folders, and office operations. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A bachelor's degree is required; administrative, engineering, or waveguide component experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Supports mechanical design, testing, troubleshooting, and sustaining engineering for passive RF and millimeter-wave products, including antennas and subassemblies. Collaborates with electrical engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams on prototypes, first-article builds, production transitions, documentation, process development, and root-cause analysis. Creates design packages, drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and test reports while managing multiple product development projects and supporting manufacturing issues and after-sale failure analysis.
