Supervises hotel accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, cashiering, night audit, taxes, reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. Manages accounting staff, ensures legal and policy compliance, resolves operational issues, supports lease and management contract compliance, and assumes the Director of Finance’s responsibilities when absent.

Supervise front office and guest services operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, cash handling, guest transportation, scheduling, training, inventory control, complaint resolution, and emergency procedures. Ensure accurate hotel records, excellent guest experiences, effective team communication, and compliance with hotel policies. Assist management with performance evaluations, discipline, staffing coverage, and department motivation while participating in the hotel Manager on Duty program.

Directs hotel rooms operations across front office, guest services, and housekeeping. Oversees staffing, hiring, training, performance management, guest check-in and check-out, reservations, cash handling, revenue maximization, complaint resolution, housekeeping quality, supplies, safety procedures, budgets, and coordination with maintenance. Ensures guest satisfaction, service quality, regulatory compliance, property upkeep, and achievement of financial goals.
