The Site Coordinator oversees the daily operations of the Saga Math Lab, managing tutors, ensuring implementation of educational programs and student success, and collaborating with school staff.

Manage a portfolio of school-based tutoring programs, coach tutors and site coordinators, ensure fidelity to the Saga model, monitor data and instructional quality, coordinate logistics and budgets, build school partnerships, lead professional development, and support launches and ongoing program improvement to drive student outcomes.

Oversees daily operations of the Saga Math Lab at assigned schools: manage classroom routines and behavior, supervise and support tutors, maintain attendance and data systems, troubleshoot technology, collaborate with teachers and program staff, and execute interventions to improve student and tutor outcomes.
