Teams at Safety Radar

Hybrid technical/customer-facing role building and refining AI risk-assessment modules using LLMs, writing SQL, and creating Power BI dashboards. Lead client onboarding, translate safety programs into the platform, partner on scoping and SOWs, serve as primary technical contact, QA AI outputs, and drive product improvements from client feedback.

Develop and validate AI modules to evaluate customer safety and risk data, perform statistical and causal analysis, debug AI outputs, write and maintain SQL for ETL, conduct ad-hoc analyses to inform decisions, and build customer-facing live risk dashboards and visualizations.

Serve as the primary internal operations generalist: coordinate with external finance partners, validate reports and investor/board inputs, manage internal systems and tools, negotiate vendor contracts, handle procurement and office operations, and manage grant lifecycle and compliance.
