The Payroll Implementation Coordinator is responsible for overseeing payroll integration processes within the Americas region, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance.

Manage and implement international employee benefits programs: analyze client needs, ensure regulatory compliance, train teams, advise on complex issues, improve processes, communicate benefits, and support benefits projects and provider coordination.

Manage entity lifecycle and compliance across APAC: maintain entity records, coordinate incorporations and local counsel, support expansion projects, enforce governance, report metrics, and drive process improvements while partnering with HR, Finance, Tax, Payroll and external providers.
