Manage the full strategic partnership lifecycle across the UK, including identifying, recruiting, negotiating with, onboarding, activating, and developing partners. Build relationships that generate pipeline and revenue, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product, define partnership strategies, monitor performance metrics, and optimize partner impact. The role requires strong commercial, communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills in a fast-growing environment.

Build and scale Safeguard Global’s partnership strategy in Spain and EMEA. Identify, negotiate, activate, and optimize strategic alliances with HR technology platforms, consultants, payroll providers, and private equity networks. Manage partner relationships, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product, localize strategies for regional markets, analyze performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities. The role requires strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with fluency in English and Spanish.

Leads global payroll operations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, managing regional payroll leaders and ensuring accurate, timely, compliant delivery for global payroll and EOR clients. Standardizes processes, controls, KPIs, and escalations; oversees complex issue resolution, multi-country compliance, transformation initiatives, stakeholder collaboration, and operational cost inputs. Reports performance, risks, capacity, and resource needs to the Global Head of Payroll.
