The HR Services Manager provides comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance and advising clients on HR matters. Key responsibilities include managing contracts, overseeing payroll, supporting employee relations, and leading HR initiatives.

Supports a portfolio of 75–100 clients as the day-to-day operational contact. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining Salesforce records, supporting product adoption and retention, monitoring client health, identifying growth opportunities, documenting account insights, coordinating issue resolution, and collaborating with internal teams. The role is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals developing a career in client success.

Leads recruitment delivery and talent acquisition strategy for an assigned RPO client. Serves as the primary stakeholder contact, manages end-to-end recruiting, provides workforce planning and labor-market insights, monitors hiring metrics, and drives process improvements. Acts as a player-coach by mentoring recruiters and supporting team performance without direct reports. Ensures client satisfaction, hiring outcomes, compliance, and operational excellence.
