Manage subsurface utility engineering projects from records research and field investigation through mapping, CAD, quality review, and final delivery. Coordinate field crews, clients, utility owners, jurisdictions, permits, traffic control, subcontractors, and Quality Level A test-hole activities. Track scope, budgets, schedules, labor, risks, and deliverables while ensuring safety, QA/QC, documentation quality, and client communication. The role requires strong knowledge of SUE Quality Levels D through A, underground utility investigation methods, civil plans, and utility data.

Lead complex Subsurface Utility Engineering projects from scope development through delivery. Manage budgets, schedules, staffing, risks, client communications, field crews, utility coordination, survey and mapping support, test-hole activities, engineering reviews, QA/QC, change orders, proposals, and process improvement. Mentor project managers and field personnel while coordinating with Colorado 811, utility owners, CDOT, municipalities, and other jurisdictions throughout Colorado.
