Provides direct legal representation to immigrant children in immigration and related proceedings, including asylum and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status cases. Supervises and mentors pro bono attorneys, conducts client screenings, supports Family Court and Immigration Court matters, and maintains detailed case statistics. The role requires collaboration with vulnerable populations, trauma-centered practices, cultural sensitivity, Spanish fluency, and strong legal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

The Supervising Attorney manages attorneys and a paralegal providing immigration legal services to minors. Responsibilities include direct representation, supervision of removal, asylum, SIJS, and related cases; mentoring pro bono attorneys; developing legal strategies; maintaining case statistics; and preparing trainings. The role requires collaboration with legal management and trauma-informed work with vulnerable, culturally diverse populations.
