Teams at Safe Harbors of the Finger Lakes, Inc.

Provides crisis intervention, advocacy, emotional support, referrals, and case updates to crime victims. Assists clients with Orders of Protection, victim-services applications, court proceedings, and connections to community resources. Coordinates with prosecutors, law enforcement, and multidisciplinary abuse-response teams; maintains case-management records and reports; conducts outreach and education; and provides hotline coverage during scheduled periods.
