Lead technical presales activities for connected-fleet and telematics solutions. Conduct discovery, shape solution approaches, deliver tailored demonstrations, respond to RFPs and technical questionnaires, document requirements, support pilots and evaluations, resolve technical objections, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Quality, Implementation, and Customer Success. Translate SaaS, hardware, firmware, sensor, connectivity, and data capabilities into customer business value while supporting enterprise, fleet, OEM, and leasing customers.

Provides technical product support and customer service for equipment and parts. Selects appropriate products for quotations and order entry, communicates scheduling and lead times, troubleshoots customer issues, and collaborates with Engineering, Product Management, Production, Sales, and Marketing. Acts as a customer advocate by relaying requirements, feedback, and product improvement opportunities. On-the-job training is provided, and the role has no travel or direct reports.

Supervise AP and AR teams, oversee invoice, payment, collections, reconciliation, and month-end processes, manage vendor and customer issues, administer Concur expenses, maintain compliance documentation, support cash-flow forecasting, and implement process improvements. The role also involves hiring, training, performance management, reporting, fraud verification, 1099 and W9 administration, and collaboration with procurement, finance, sales, and customer service teams.
