Manage daily HR operations across multiple sites including recruiting, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits and compensation analysis, Workday HRIS management, training and development, employee relations, performance management, SOC 2 compliance documentation, and HR metrics and reporting. Coach leaders and support employees on policies, investigations, and terminations to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close; prepare financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses; coordinate and support audits; manage corporate tax compliance; strengthen internal controls; support ERP and financial system improvements; provide technical guidance to the team.

Drive and manage regional sales for PSI products across assigned Central US states. Grow new business and retain accounts with fleets, OEMs, and dealers; develop go-to-market strategies for telematics and inflation solutions; coordinate channel partners and internal teams to produce proposals, ROI analyses, and customer support; report market intelligence and represent PSI at industry associations.
