Develop and execute segment-led value propositions for mass-market customers to drive initial value realization, repeat usage, FS attachment, loyalty and device progression. Translate customer needs into low-friction journeys across bundles, Tunukiwa, USSD, digital and assisted channels; coordinate cross-functional fixes and scale repeatable playbooks to improve uptake, trust and long-term value.
