Serve as the firm’s subject matter expert, final decision-maker in critical matters, and mentor to associate attorneys and paralegals while collaborating on firm-wide litigation strategy.

Serve as front-desk representative for an immigration law firm: greet visitors, provide information, handle mail and errands, perform filing, data entry, document preparation, maintain front desk area, and support administrative staff and special projects.

Handle affirmative (USCIS) and defensive (EOIR) immigration matters, manage a caseload, draft petitions/motions, appear at hearings and interviews, conduct legal research, and collaborate with senior attorneys. Progressively take on independent, complex cases and mentor support staff at higher level.
