Lead production control activities on the warehouse floor: manage volume and labor planning, resolve inventory/allocation issues with Inventory Control, maintain WMS accuracy and reporting, drive continuous improvement, and communicate goals and KPIs to associates.

Lead and develop the Client Services team to manage assigned accounts, act as primary client liaison, drive process improvements, coordinate reporting, oversee project implementations, and support fulfillment, billing, and collections to ensure client satisfaction and operational compliance.

Perform cross-dock and general warehouse tasks including order picking, loading/unloading trucks, sorting and staging freight, using handheld scanners/WMS, maintaining a clean facility, following safety procedures, and working cooperatively to complete assignments on a night shift schedule.
