Load, unload, sort, stage and transport products in a cross-dock warehouse. Follow safety policies, operate forklifts/industrial trucks after training and certification, arrange pallets and load trucks considering weight and size, work productively with little supervision, and maintain a clean distribution center. Provide timely service to customers and perform additional duties as assigned.

Coordinate inbound and outbound truck scheduling, manage Bills of Lading, liaise with drivers and carriers, support warehouse leads with waving orders, returns, documentation, reporting, and supply ordering while maintaining communication and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Provide HR administrative support for hourly facility associates and managers: onboarding, benefits assistance, timekeeping and records maintenance, recruiting support, attendance and performance tracking, event coordination, compliance postings, and employee relations escalation.
