Builds client relationships, coordinates parcel and carrier issues, identifies process improvements, and navigates warehouse systems to fulfill client needs.

Coordinate delivery of customer products by tracking drivers and loads in TruckMate/PeopleNet, maintaining documentation, communicating with management, drivers and customers, entering data accurately, and performing clerical transportation tasks.

Coordinates inbound and outbound warehouse shipments, schedules trucks through transportation management systems, manages bills of lading, and serves as the primary contact for drivers and carriers. Supports order waving, returns, receiving documentation, reporting, supply ordering, labeling, and warehouse operations. Requires strong communication, recordkeeping, problem-solving, technology, and customer service skills in office and warehouse environments.
