Tenure-track Assistant Professor responsible for teaching hands-on undergraduate computer science courses focused on AI, machine learning, generative AI, NLP, and computer vision. The role includes conducting scholarly research, supervising student research and capstone projects, mentoring students, collaborating with industry and university partners, developing curriculum, and supporting ABET accreditation and continuous program improvement.

Supports university accounting operations through account reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, variance analysis, general ledger maintenance, internal controls, audits, NCAA procedures, and financial reporting. The role researches discrepancies, prepares analyses and documentation, responds to accounting inquiries, and collaborates with departments to resolve issues accurately and timely.

Provides system administration, Level 2 application support, troubleshooting, user acceptance testing, interface coordination, and systems analysis for university financial and academic applications. The role researches and implements system improvements, supports users, coordinates upgrades, and ensures timely ticket resolution. It is fully on campus and may require occasional after-hours, weekend, or holiday work.

Provides artistic, musical, and operational leadership for the university’s Theatre Arts Program. Responsibilities include musical direction, conducting, piano accompaniment, rehearsal coordination, production support, music library management, student advising, grant obligation support, recruitment, auditions, outreach, and retention initiatives. The role collaborates with theatre staff, students, university departments, and external partners, with evening and weekend work required.

Supports communications for Sacred Heart University's varsity athletics, serving as the primary media contact for assigned sports, including men's basketball. Responsibilities include managing statistics, website content, broadcasts, social media, video and graphic content, publicity campaigns, historical records, game-day staff, and student assistants. The role also contributes to communications strategy, creative direction, event promotion, and annual reporting. Nights, weekends, and some travel are required.

Provides daily administrative support for a university program serving students and families. Responsibilities include family communications, admissions and re-enrollment coordination, purchasing, scheduling, records maintenance, meeting and event logistics, campus service requests, and office organization. The role tracks deadlines, maintains accurate records, prepares reports, coordinates with families and campus partners, and refers decisions or approvals to program leaders.
