Provides banking customers with account services, deposit-product guidance, issue resolution, referrals, and exceptional customer support. Builds and maintains customer relationships while helping oversee branch operations, opening and closing the branch, and coaching customer relationship associates and tellers. Ensures compliance with banking regulations, quality-control procedures, and internal policies. Performs teller duties, supports other branches as needed, attends training, and travels among bank locations.

Maintains compliance with banking regulations, security procedures, and quality standards while protecting customer confidentiality. Requires strong communication, organization, customer service, computer, and cash-handling skills, with flexibility to support varying branch schedules and duties.
