Analyzes the financial condition and creditworthiness of commercial borrowers and guarantors. Underwrites loan requests, renewals, amendments, and extensions; prepares financial spreads, cash flow analyses, collateral assessments, risk ratings, and narrative credit summaries. Reviews credit reports, identifies risks and mitigants, assesses regulatory and policy compliance, and supports portfolio monitoring, loan review, and commercial lending officers.

Provides customer service and relationship management within bank branches, including opening accounts, explaining deposit products, resolving issues, making referrals, and supporting customer needs. Oversees branch operations when needed, coaches tellers and customer service staff, ensures regulatory and policy compliance, and fills in at other branch locations. Requires strong communication, organizational, customer service, and banking operations skills, along with Microsoft Office proficiency.

Provides banking customers with account services, deposit-product guidance, issue resolution, referrals, and exceptional customer support. Builds and maintains customer relationships while helping oversee branch operations, opening and closing the branch, and coaching customer relationship associates and tellers. Ensures compliance with banking regulations, quality-control procedures, and internal policies. Performs teller duties, supports other branches as needed, attends training, and travels among bank locations.
