Provides legal and commercial guidance for Sabre’s Travel Solutions business. Drafts, reviews, and negotiates complex distribution, licensing, media, reseller, partnership, services, data, and consulting agreements. Advises stakeholders on contract interpretation, risk, product offerings, and operational matters while partnering with privacy, security, compliance, IP, product, tax, and finance teams. Leads full-lifecycle implementations of airline dynamic pricing and revenue management solutions. Partners with operations research teams to deploy and refine machine learning and pricing models, validates data, guides cross-functional teams, mentors analysts, and coordinates developers, architects, customers, and care teams. Supports sales operations and RFPs through implementation estimates, work orders, and customer best practices. Requires deep airline revenue management expertise, strong analytical skills, travel industry systems knowledge, and 30–40% travel.
