The Account Manager drives new business and account growth across Spain, managing strategic sales engagements from opportunity creation through complex contract negotiation. Responsibilities include account planning, relationship development with C-level stakeholders, solution selling, proposal creation, forecasting, and leading multidisciplinary bid teams. The role requires strong knowledge of cloud, contact centre, AI, and data solutions, plus fluent Spanish and English communication skills.

Administer, develop, secure, and improve the ServiceNow platform. Build workflows, automations, and integrations with Salesforce and enterprise systems; manage releases, upgrades, incidents, documentation, testing, and platform governance. Translate stakeholder requirements into practical technical solutions, troubleshoot performance and security issues, and support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalogue, and CMDB.

Administer, develop, and improve the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, automations, integrations, access controls, releases, support, and governance. Build secure solutions using ServiceNow development tools and integrate the platform with Salesforce and other enterprise systems through REST and SOAP APIs. Translate stakeholder requirements into maintainable technical solutions, troubleshoot platform and integration issues, support testing and upgrades, and produce technical and release documentation.
