Sells electrical testing, maintenance, repair, engineering, and construction services across an assigned region. Responsibilities include prospecting, closing business, managing strategic accounts, developing client plans, maintaining sales pipelines and forecasts, conducting customer meetings, coordinating scopes of work, supporting pricing decisions, and achieving regional sales targets. The role requires high-voltage electrical and EPC project knowledge, strong relationship management, CRM proficiency, and occasional travel.

Processes multi-state biweekly payroll across multiple companies using ADP, including time records, pay rules, reimbursements, garnishments, tax assignments, and employee updates. Investigates discrepancies, reconciles payroll and job-cost data, prepares accounting journal entries and audit documentation, and coordinates with HR and Accounting. Cross-trains across the payroll cycle, supports compliance and reporting, maintains confidentiality, and serves as a knowledgeable resource to payroll teammates.

Drive revenue growth across an assigned region by selling electrical testing, maintenance, commissioning, engineering, repair, and construction services. Develop strategic customer relationships, pursue new business, manage accounts and sales pipelines, achieve revenue targets, prepare technical scopes and proposals, support pricing and contract negotiations, and collaborate with operations and estimating teams. The role requires technical knowledge of high-voltage systems, consultative selling, customer meetings, forecasting, and occasional travel.
