Lead and manage the motor claims portfolio (own damage and third-party), driving operational excellence, cost control, supplier and stakeholder management, compliance, technical oversight, team development, and continuous improvement to deliver efficient, customer-focused claim outcomes.

Lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade, multi-cloud (AWS primary, GCP exposure) architectures. Drive cloud migration, modernization, governance, security, and DevOps practices; approve designs, engage stakeholders, mentor teams, and evaluate emerging cloud technologies.

Lead strategic cloud advisory engagements across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Define adoption roadmaps, migration strategies, and target architectures. Establish governance, security, and cost management frameworks. Advise executive stakeholders, assess infrastructure modernization, support presales, and provide thought leadership on FinOps and hybrid/multi-cloud.
