Lead and manage enterprise cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructure. Own cloud architecture, security, IAM, DR/BC, performance monitoring, capacity planning, cost optimization (FinOps), automation, ITIL processes, and vendor/stakeholder relationships. Drive resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure operations.
