Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders; allocate resources; monitor performance; manage risks, changes, and bottlenecks; and report to management and board-level audiences. Lead project professionals and deliver Microsoft and Oracle solutions using Scrum and Agile methodologies.

The Senior Scrum Master coaches Agile teams and Product Owners, facilitates Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe ceremonies, removes impediments, coordinates dependencies, and improves delivery flow, quality, predictability, and transparency. The role uses metrics and empirical data to identify risks and bottlenecks, supports backlog management and prioritization, promotes self-managing teams, and partners with stakeholders across complex digital transformation initiatives.
