Provides primary care and ambulatory services with competency in gynecologic procedures (including colposcopies). Manages diagnosis and treatment, orders/tests interpretation, mentors trainees, participates in quality improvement, protocol development, staff training, and clinic program implementation. Works with county/state programs and resolves patient/family access and care concerns.

Provide full-scope OB/GYN care including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, gynecologic, preventive services and procedures (IUD, Nexplanon, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, basic ultrasound). Coordinate care, document in EHR, follow evidence-based guidelines, ensure compliance, participate in quality improvement, and support underserved populations.

Provide clinical pharmacy services for the Specialty Pharmacy Program including patient onboarding, education, care planning, medication monitoring, refill processing, prior authorization support, provider collaboration, supervising technicians, dispensing, counseling, inventory and quality assurance, and program development to optimize specialty medication therapy.

Answer incoming calls, schedule and confirm clinic appointments, handle patient inquiries and complaints, maintain confidentiality, use practice management and telephone systems, and provide professional, culturally sensitive customer service. Ensure accurate appointment processing and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.

Manage daily operations of multi-site community clinics including staffing, supervision, inventory and budget management, regulatory compliance, productivity monitoring, audits, emergency liaison, and process improvement. Lead hiring, training, performance management, change initiatives, and report to the Director of Operations.

Provide primary care to clinic patients: perform physical exams, order and interpret tests, develop and monitor treatment plans, coordinate patient access to care, mentor students/residents, participate in quality improvement and protocol development, and help train staff.
