Lead multiple cross-functional marketing, coaching, course, webinar, funnel, product, and live-event projects from planning through completion. Assess and improve the existing codebase, design PostgreSQL and Prisma data models, build Vue.js features, integrate third-party services, and implement comprehensive testing. The role requires independently shipping production features, identifying technical risks, and preparing the platform for a public launch.

Serves as the primary contact for clients through phone, email, SMS, HubSpot, webinars, and events. Responsibilities include onboarding, proactive outreach, customer support, account maintenance, payment and collections follow-up, event assistance, and relationship building. The role requires presenting to groups, resolving issues, maintaining accurate CRM records, improving customer processes, and traveling domestically and internationally approximately quarterly, including occasional evenings and weekends.
