Design, build, and maintain Python backend services processing real-time outage data for enterprise customers. Develop APIs and message-queue integrations, analyze data, troubleshoot production issues, improve operational systems, and participate in technical design, testing, documentation, and code reviews. Own features from design through production in a startup environment focused on distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and critical infrastructure operations.

Serves as the primary contact for clients through phone, email, SMS, HubSpot, webinars, and events. Responsibilities include onboarding, proactive outreach, customer support, account maintenance, payment and collections follow-up, event assistance, and relationship building. The role requires presenting to groups, resolving issues, maintaining accurate CRM records, improving customer processes, and traveling domestically and internationally approximately quarterly, including occasional evenings and weekends.
