Develops and improves manufacturing processes, assembly instructions, production systems, factory layouts, work cells, tooling, and material flow. Applies Lean principles, bottleneck analysis, 5S, and continuous improvement to support efficient, high-quality production in a brownfield environment. Collaborates with design, production, technicians, inspectors, and external partners while supporting new product qualification and manufacturing proposals.

Leads financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, performance management, program finance, EAC and EVM reporting for the Advanced Weapons organization. Advises leadership, oversees profitability, cash flow, risk, working capital, pricing, material cost forecasting, financial controls, audits, and government-contracting compliance. Manages a team of 3–5 and partners cross-functionally with program, manufacturing, supply chain, accounting, contracts, and subcontract teams.

Lead electrical engineering efforts for AUVs and ROVs, coordinate cross-discipline teams, conduct design optimization, and verify designs while providing technical support throughout product development.
