Leads earned value management, cost and schedule baseline development, estimate-at-complete analysis, and integrated master schedule management for DoD programs. Responsibilities include EVMS compliance, critical path and risk analysis, subcontractor data integration, proposal support, program reviews, schedule audits, and mentoring program teams. The role coordinates across geographically distributed stakeholders and supports accurate, timely program deliverables.

Paid summer internship supporting aircraft design and production for Saab’s T-7 trainer. The intern will complete an assigned engineering project, collaborate with a mentor, evaluate production non-conformances, develop design solutions, and gain exposure to aircraft design and production functions. Success requires analytical problem-solving, teamwork, communication, initiative, and enrollment in an accredited engineering degree program.

Supports a designated quality engineering project within Saab’s advanced manufacturing operation. Assists with Quality Management System implementation, process development, inspections, testing, risk analysis, root cause analysis, internal audits, and continual process improvement. Works with mentors and quality team members to ensure process maturity, compliance, and early identification of non-conformances while gaining practical engineering experience.
