Support production of the T-7A rear section by developing process documentation, production flows, layouts, and assembly systems. Drive producibility reviews, continuous improvement, and Lean-based manufacturing techniques. Coordinate between design and production, execute process planning, and support qualification of new products while collaborating across functions.

Lead technical strategy for advanced radar and antenna systems, driving R&D, product development, and transition to operational capability. Influence technology investments, support strategic pursuits, build executive relationships, and mentor technical talent to deliver next-generation surveillance solutions.
