Supports integration and testing of electromechanical missile systems, including software. Develops test procedures and plans, collaborates with design and manufacturing teams, maintains test benches, documents anomalies, and performs root cause analysis. The role requires basic engineering, electrical schematic, and mechanical drawing skills, with preferred experience in LabVIEW, software verification and validation, MIL-STD testing, and EMC/EMI testing.

Provides senior technical leadership for manufacturing process development, optimization, validation, equipment implementation, and continuous improvement. Leads complex engineering projects from concept through production launch, applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, data analysis, and process control methods. Collaborates cross-functionally to improve safety, quality, productivity, capacity, cost, reliability, and equipment effectiveness while communicating risks, recommendations, and results to stakeholders and leadership.

Serves as the onsite HR leader for Saab’s West Lafayette location and supports the Ashburn site. Develops workforce strategies, advises leadership, supports talent planning and succession, strengthens employee experience and culture, and coaches leaders. Partners with Labor Relations and Legal on employee relations, supports non-union employees, leads performance management, monitors HR metrics, and coordinates HR programs across the organization. Requires extensive progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, and willingness to travel 10–15%.
