Leads supplier program management for Autonomous Underwater Systems, overseeing supplier performance, schedules, costs, quality, purchase orders, Statements of Work, forecasts, and delivery risks. Manages a small team of Supplier Program Managers, leads supplier reviews and cross-functional process improvements, supports transition-of-technology efforts, provides supply chain updates to leadership, and contributes cost and labor inputs to proposals. Requires aerospace or defense supply chain experience, domestic travel up to 10%, and potential security clearance eligibility.

Supports defense programs as the quality representative by maintaining quality plans, approving suppliers and inspections, conducting audits, managing corrective actions and nonconforming materials, reviewing program documentation, monitoring quality objectives and risks, and serving as the customer quality interface. The role also supports procurement, production, engineering, manufacturing, proposal costing, configuration control, and customer deliveries. Domestic travel of up to 10% is required.
