Leads end-to-end software product development, partnering with Product Management to deliver scalable travel booking solutions. Responsibilities include architecture, technical specifications, mentoring developers, agile delivery, quality and release metrics, testing, security, performance, system integration, deployments, proof-of-concepts, and continuous improvement. The role also addresses technical debt, customer pain points, team capability, and engineering best practices.

Analyzes business needs and translates them into functional and system requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, QA, and external partners to design scalable solutions, manage integrations, investigate production issues, and support backlog refinement, estimation, release planning, and risk identification. The role also contributes to process, documentation, security, privacy, compliance, and quality improvements.

Lead and scale a high-performing engineering organization, partner with Head of Product to deliver SaaS/cloud platforms, drive technical excellence, QA, delivery metrics, and modernization while aligning technology with business strategy.
