The role involves collaborating with clients, shaping product direction, and delivering meaningful technology solutions. S32 invests across areas including artificial intelligence, enterprise software, cybersecurity, fintech, quantum computing, computational biology, and biotechnology.

Work with S32 portfolio companies to deploy AI systems into production, partner closely with customers, and bridge engineering and production to drive product and company growth.

Partner with S32 portfolio companies as a founding recruiter to design and lead early-stage hiring and talent strategies, drive growth by owning hiring projects from concept to launch, and shape company direction through hands-on recruiting and talent development.
