Manage and grow assigned customer accounts by communicating daily with customers, preparing and following up on quotes, coordinating internally with Research, Accounting, and Quality, developing product demand knowledge, and building relationships to secure repeat and additional business. Complete tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.

Perform month-end close and prepare US GAAP financial statements; support ASC 606 percentage-of-completion revenue recognition for long-term contracts; assist audits; prepare budgets, forecasts, management reports, and ad-hoc financial models to support decision-making.

Support sourcing of aviation parts by researching part numbers, issuing RFQs, entering vendor quotes and data into the ERP, onboarding vendors, and verifying trace documentation and certifications while coordinating with Sales and internal stakeholders.
