Supports customers with product questions, pricing, availability, credit terms, recommendations, quotes, order entry, and post-sale issue resolution. Conducts regular customer outreach to share promotions and take orders, gathers prospective customer information for outside sales, and stays informed on products and market trends. Occasionally assists with warehouse tire loading, pulling, and stocking. The role is fully in-person and requires daily commuting to Lexington, Kentucky.

Onsite network and security specialist responsible for maintaining LAN/WAN/VPN/wireless across sites, monitoring and troubleshooting, managing firewalls and endpoint protection, conducting vulnerability assessments and incident response, supporting secure access, backups, and disaster recovery.
