The role collaborates with analysts, portfolio managers, risk experts, DevOps, and client teams across multiple financial technology workstreams.

Designs AI-first solutions, including multi-agent orchestrators, RAG systems, and AI-enabled features. Leads architecture definition, non-functional requirements, technical discovery, proposals, proof-of-concepts, code reviews, and architecture compliance. Advises clients on AI, cloud, DevOps, and system design choices while collaborating with development teams and analyzing project constraints.

Drafts, reviews, and negotiates IT contracts under European and international law; manages disputes and claims; supports data privacy, intellectual property, and software licensing compliance; collaborates with executive, HR, and sales teams; and develops contract management, risk assessment, and mitigation processes.

Conduct outbound B2B prospecting primarily through cold calls, with email and LinkedIn follow-up. Qualify prospects, handle objections, book meetings for Account Executives, maintain accurate CRM records, track outreach KPIs, and share market feedback. The role requires persistence, strong communication, disciplined follow-up, and 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, telesales, inside sales, or related B2B outreach.
