Teams at S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.

Supports overall multifamily community management, including leasing, resident relations, rent and deposit posting, payroll administration, traffic tracking, purchase orders, maintenance coordination, and reporting. Supervises on-site personnel when the Community Manager is absent and assists with training, meetings, bank deposits, and property operations. Requires Fair Housing compliance, customer service, administrative, and supervisory capabilities.

Assists with multifamily property management, including leasing, resident relations, rent and deposit processing, payroll administration, purchase orders, maintenance coordination, property inspections, reporting, and resident retention. Supervises on-site personnel when the Community Manager is absent, supports training and meetings, and may perform bank deposits and weekend work.

Support day-to-day management of an apartment community: leasing, resident relations, rent/deposit accounting, payroll coordination, maintenance coordination, supervising staff in manager's absence, and administrative duties while ensuring Fair Housing compliance.
