Assists with overall apartment community management, including leasing, resident relations, rent and deposit accounting, traffic tracking, purchase orders, maintenance coordination, payroll administration, and reporting. Supervises on-site personnel when the Community Manager is absent, supports resident retention, conducts property inspections, handles resident inquiries, and may train employees or make bank deposits.

Supports overall apartment community management, including leasing, property showings, lease preparation, credit checks, move-in and move-out inspections, rent and deposit postings, resident communications, payroll administration, purchase orders, maintenance coordination, traffic tracking, and resident retention. Supervises on-site personnel during the Community Manager’s absence, assists with training and reporting, and may make bank deposits or attend meetings.

Assists with multifamily community management, including leasing, resident relations, rent and deposit postings, payroll administration, purchase orders, maintenance coordination, traffic tracking, and report preparation. Supervises onsite personnel when the Community Manager is absent, supports employee training, attends meetings, makes bank deposits, and helps maintain resident retention. The role requires consistent attendance, weekend availability as needed, and compliance with Fair Housing Laws.
