Reviews and verifies customer logistics requirements, manages requisitions, negotiates purchase and repair quotes, validates documentation, updates order management and ERP databases, and coordinates with customers, suppliers, repair sources, contracts staff, and logistics leads. Follows up on orders to ensure timely delivery, supports quality management activities, and provides customer and administrative support while adhering to procurement policies and procedures.

Leads government and commercial pricing proposals, including RFP analysis, cost and pricing models, pay and indirect rate development, subcontractor cost inputs, PTW analysis, cost narratives, travel and material estimates, negotiations, and compliance reviews. Performs competitive rate analysis, supports contract modifications and customer inquiries, mentors team members, and coordinates with business development, technical teams, program offices, and leadership.

Supports accounts receivable operations by preparing monthly billings and invoices, validating payment data, posting and balancing payments, researching billing discrepancies, responding to customer inquiries, and reporting A/R issues. Ensures transactions comply with accounting policies, contract terms, supporting documentation, and department procedures. The role provides clerical and administrative accounting support under direct supervision.
